Napolitano Halts Shipment of Packages from Japan as Prelude to Civilian 'Shipper' ID Lockdown

On the local level, An overnight mail handler, who stole more than 11,000 packages over two years before he was caught by federal agents, received the maximum sentence under the guidelines for his crimes Monday.
