Dear Internal Revenue Service,
I would like to bring to your attention someone who:
- used his child's time at sleepaway camps to calculate dependent care tax credits, time spent at sleepaway camps does not qualify
- failed to pay his social security taxes and medicare taxes, as a self-employed individual, for at least four years
- signed a written agreement that he understood that social security tax and medicare tax payments was his responsibility
- received extra "make-up" payments, compensation from his employer, for the social security taxes he should've paid, but didn't, and he pocketed the extra pay too
