Judge Matsch's, who presided over McVeighs trial in Denver, daughter was apparently murdered. She somehow fell into a volcano in Hawaii during the trial.
This made the Judge Matsch naturally distraught and was an example to intimidate the Federal Appeals Judges in Denver

Furthermore,, more children were killed at Waco, than at OKC, and the important difference is, the children at Waco were killed with US taxpayers dollars.
