I was walking down the sidewalk smoking a joint. A lady Telluride cop came up to me and said what is that in your hand?
I dropped it behind me and said "It ain't nothin but a little ol' cigarette".
She picked it up and said we won't have no pot smoking on the sidewalks in Telluride.
I replied, "I'm just trying to promote the peace."
She let me go.

CDC investigating meningitis death of reaseacher at SF hospital

Two hours after leaving work Friday, the researcher reportedly started experiencing symptoms including headache, chills and fatigue. "From the onset of his symptoms until when he passed away, it was only about 18 hours," said Dr. Harry Lampiris, Chief of Infectious Disease at the VA Hospital.
