Team Rubicon is an American Non-Government Organization (NGO) founded by former U.S. Marines William McNulty and Jacob Wood. Team Rubicon's mission is to unite the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams.

Their regions are the same as the FEMA regions.
