A coalition of Wheat Ridge residents is asking the city to ban smoking in public parks, playgrounds and open space.

This is getting ridiculous

San Rafael’s California existing municipal code prohibits smoking in common indoor areas of multi-unit residential properties, but the new ordinance prohibits smoking in all duplexes and multi-family residential units, including their indoor and outdoor common areas.
