Ronald Reagan removed 2.5 trillion dollars from the Social Security Trust Fund to be used to triple military spending.

Gov. Jerry Brown announced Friday that he has signed a bill authorizing construction of a Ronald Reagan statue inside the California Capitol in Sacramento.
