Tainted fish food makes its way to Kodiak hatcheries

Juvenile fish being raised in some of Alaska’s salmon hatcheries, including Kodiak, were inadvertently fed food contaminated with melamine, the same substance that triggered a massive recall of pet food following the deaths of cats and dogs.
