And this whole health bill thing is going to be about your individual freedom and choices. Smokers, drinkers,dopers, you all are will be the first ones scrutinized followed by obese people and people considered to live unhealthy life styles(including diets). But it will only apply to people who don't have enough money to maintain private medical liability, so once your coverage lapses, for whatever reason and you are forced into the government program, you become under it's control. And as someone else pointed out earlier, refusal to take their vaccinations and treatments will either result in a fine or dropped from the program until compliance.
